SEGA announced a week ago that a new Sonic the Hedgehog game will be coming out this holiday season which will be titled ‘Sonic Generations’. Emerald Guardian will be creating a page for this new exciting game. We will also keep you up to date on any news about Knuckles the Echidna showing up and hopefully being a playable character.

EG is fitting into its new home here at Host2X, the same network that features Cy-Fox.com. The initiative, dubbed “Emerald Guardian X” was largely being coordinated by myself and consists of the following:

Accomplished Goals

• Acquiring and implementing a top level domain (emeraldguardian.com)
• Transferring the Emerald Guardian site engine from its old server
• Installing the new Emerald Basin Forums
• Installing the new Knuckapedia Wiki

Goals In Progress

• Populating the EG site engine with content
• Promoting the new site
• Acquiring affiliates

I’m very pleased with what we’re doing at EG and I’m very thankful for the opportunity to set this all into motion. Wish us luck as EG flies forward into the future, knuckles and claws thrust out XD

…yeah I did. I changed the layout. Minor changes though, strictly cosmetic with a purpose. For instance, as you can see by the main page, the news area is a bit cleaner. Also the Twitter feed has been moved to the right instead of above the news. Graphics have been changed as well. The banner I created symbolizes past (S3+K Angel Island), present, and future (Sonic Free Riders Knuckles render). And yes, I am aware that SFR is out, but it’s present AND future so blah. XD
